Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and mobile applications (collectively, “Services”) operated by Athena App House Company Limited (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Athena App House”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

By creating an account, downloading our applications, or otherwise accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By using our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
3. Account Registration
When you register for an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account username and password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Athena App House and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Myanmar and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Athena App House.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Athena App House, an Athena App House employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Athena App House or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Services or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.
- Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services.

Athena App House has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Athena App House shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account within the application.
9. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Athena App House, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
10. Disclaimer
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Athena App House, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that: (i) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Athena App House and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of: (i) your use and access of the Services; (ii) a breach of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.
